Mall of America Holiday Market

MOA Market is a holiday season popup featuring a curated selection of local artists and makers from Minneapolis Craft Market open Black Friday, then every Saturday and Sunday November 30 - December 22. All vendors will have the opportunity to sell at the Mall of America in a prominent first floor store location for the duration of the holiday popup. The booth fee includes vendor logos displayed on Mall signage prior to opening, window signage for the duration of the popup, as well as products from all vendors being included in a feature window.

Retail hours:

Black Friday: Friday, November 29, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Regular hours: Saturdays and Sundays November 30 - December 22, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Please note: vendors must be open every day of the popup. No partial attendance is permitted.

Call for makers

Maker applications are now being accepted for MOA Market until September 15. We have space for approximately 25 makers at this popup store.

Vendor information:

  • This is a competitive vendor selection process, submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Vendor acceptance notifications will be sent by October 15.

  • Booth fee is $1,250 for all four weekends plus Black Friday. No partial attendance is allowed.

  • The booth fee plus a refundable security deposit will be invoiced to you upon acceptance and are due within 30 days. Unpaid invoices will forfeit their acceptance.

  • Booth fees are non-refundable.

  • Vendors must be on site and are responsible for their own sales during all open hours.

  • Vendors are responsible for merchandising and all display fixtures (tables, shelving, hangers etc).

  • Vendor spaces will be assigned by Minneapolis Craft Market based on products and space needs. All spaces will be a minimum of 8x8'

  • All vendors will have their logo featured on the outside of the store within MOA prior to the market opening, and on window signage for the duration of the popup.

  • Each vendor will be featured in a window display curated by MOA merchandizing staff and are required to provide product to be used in the window display.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own branding and signage. Please note, no paper signs are allowed. We encourage you to creatively merchandise and fill your space with plenty of inventory. All vendors must upload a photo of their booth from a previous event for approval by mall management.

  • Vendors are allowed to hang pieces on the wall (with command strips only)

  • Vendors are responsible for replenishing their stock throughout the month and will have access to the store one hour before opening each day for restocking. Vendors will have access to the mall loading dock.

  • On site storage is available for vendor use. Vendors are responsible for clearing all boxes after replenishing and moving to the mall recycling/trash area.

  • Inventory replenishment is not allowed during business hours. Carts, etc, are not allowed in the store during business hours.

  • Vendors must provide a Certificate of General Liability insurance listing Minnneapolis Craft Market and Mall of America as additional insured (full details will be sent following acceptance).

  • Application fees are non-refundable.
