COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
We used the results of a survey completed by almost 300 of our approved traders, along with the CDC/MDH guidance to plan our holiday season this year. Keeping our vendors, staff, shoppers and families safe has always been our North star. Implementing additional safety protocols as we move indoors for the holiday season enables us to do that and also gives us the best chance of being able to remain open consistently.
All indoor market events will have the following protocols in place for all vendors, staff and guests:
Masks are required
Ticketed shopping reservations required to control capacity
One-way shopping route throughout venue
6' spacing between each booth
Sanitizing stations located throughout event
In addition, we will be implementing proof of vaccination or negative test result requirements at some* of our venues:
Proof of a full series of COVID-19 vaccination, or proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken in the prior 72 hours is required for all attendees (vendors, staff and shoppers). Attendees must have a completed COVID-19 vaccination card with their final dose at least fourteen days prior to the event, or a negative COVID test result within 72 hours of the event.
Proof of vaccination may include a physical card, digital card in the Docket App, or a photo of a complete vaccination card that matches the attendee ID. Proof of a negative test may be a printed or digital test result that matches the attendee ID. Children under age for vaccination can show a negative test to attend.
If you are not currently vaccinated, you can find out when, where, and how to get a free COVID-19 vaccine via Minnesota’s Vaccine Connector here. Find testing locations in Minnesota here.
Masks are required for all attendees, regardless of vaccination/test status.
Which venues require proof of vaccination/negative test result to attend?
As of now, proof of vaccination or a negative test result is required at:
- Lakes & Legends
- Machine Shop
Which venues do not require this?
As of now, proof of vaccination will not be required at Wagner's Garden Center for Plate & Parcel Holiday Market. Masks and all other protocols listed above will still be required. This is subject to change as needed.
Taking this step ensures the safety of our guests, staff, and vendors, and implementing this simple measure minimizes risk and the spread of the virus.
